What we collect
Only what the RSVP form asks for: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the country you are traveling from, whether you are coming, how many seats you need, anything the kitchen should know, a song request, a message, and whether you would like updates.
Why we use it
To plan one evening. The guest list, the seating, the catering and, if you asked for updates, a note when the venue and hours are confirmed. Nothing else.
Who can see it
Pamela and Buife, through a private password-protected page on this site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes the request in order to store your reply. Your details are never published anywhere on the public site and are never sold or shared for marketing.
How long we keep it
Until the celebration has happened and the planning is finished, after which the guest list is deleted.
Your choices
Send the form again with the same email address to correct anything, decline updates by leaving the box unticked, or ask us to delete your reply entirely. Use the contact details that came with your invitation.
